This is a termination of parental rights case. The notice of appeal from the trial court’s termination order was filed on June 19, 2006. Our review of the clerk’s record and the trial court’s July 5, 2006 “Order Denying Transcript of Statement of Facts and Denying Motion for New Trial” shows that the trial court held a hearing on June 28, 2006 on Appellant’s Motion for New Trial and Statement of Points on Appeal.
