The Industrial Construction Company carried its account at defendant bank in Flint. Walter A. Windiate carried his account at the Union Trust & Savings Bank of same place. On February 8, 1926, a check on the Union Trust & Savings Bank purporting to be signed by Windiate for $1,168.75, bearing date the 5th of February, payable to the Industrial Construction Company, was deposited in' defendant bank with two other checks to the credit of the construction company.
