MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS CASE is before the court on the debtor’s “Motion to Discharge Debt/Lien”. The motion is essentially a contempt proceeding seeking relief against Cadies of Grassy Meadows, II, LLC for violating the discharge stay. Cadies obtained and docketed a judgment against the debtor prior to her filing her petition in this case, but has not caused it to reflect the debtor’s discharge.
