The plaintiff, a trust company organized under the Banking Law of the state of New York, *313is seeking in this action to foreclose three mortgages representing the aggregate sum of $160,000 of principal, all covering the same real property, and each of which mortgages was made by Charles Donohue, now deceased. All of the defendants have defaulted in pleading except the defendants Charles W. Coleman, as executor of and trustee under the last will of said Charles Donohue, and Gertrude L.
