Currently pending before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment on Be half of Defendants Jerry Brogdon and Berrien County, Georgia (Doc. 24). Plaintiff Billie Joanne Boyd has responded to the Motion (Doc. 29). After consideration of the briefs, discovery on file, and relevant case law, the Court grants Defendants’ Motion for the reasons more fully set forth below. 1
