CHESNUT, District Judge.
In ‘ the course of administration of the bankrupt estate of The Seim Construction Company, Robert S. Green, Inc., a creditor, asserted the right to collect the sum of $653.47 as a secured claim. As a result of the first hearing the referee sustained the claim and ordered the trustee in bankruptcy to pay it. The latter petitioned for review with the result that the case was referred back to the referee to takerfurther testimony.
