Procedurally, the instant matter is before the Court on an Objection by the Trustee to the Proof of Claim of the City of Wilkes-Barre (“City”). The facts underlying the instant objection are well-known to the parties and will be briefly set forth herein. Prior to the filing of the bankruptcy and in the course of his employment, the Debtor, as a police officer for the City, was injured in an automobile accident.
