The matter before the Court is Trustee-Plaintiff John S. Lovald’s Complaint to Determine Extent and Priority of Liens. This decision deals with his complaint only as it relates to Defendant Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Dakota’s sub-rogation claim. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2).
