Six L’s Packing Co. (“Six L’s”) sued James R. Beale d/b/a Sunfresh Farms (“JR Beale” or “Sunfresh”) and salesman James Erie Beale (“JE Beale” or “salesman Beale”) under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (“PACA” or “Act”), 7 U.S.C. §§ 499a-499t. Sunfresh appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Six L’s, as well as its denial of Sunfresh’s PACA-based counterclaim.
