This is an action to recover a 100 per cent stock assessment against the defendant, Rosa Wosoba. The defense was a general denial; plea of misjoinder of causes of action and parties; that plaintiff had no legal right to maintain the suit; that plaintiff had no authority granted by the court to maintain the suit; that there had been no transfer of the stock on the stock books of the corporation; that the' stock did not belong to the defendant, but belonged to the estate of her de ceased husband; plea of estoppel; and that the defendant was not made party to any suit establishing an assessment…
