This is an action of contract to recover the balance due under a Conditional Sales Contract for the sale of a food freezer to the Defendants. The answer was a general denial, payment, and that the defendants were induced to enter into said conditional sales contract as a result of the false and material misrepresentations of the plaintiff, and that the contract declared on did not conform with the requirements of G.
