Nidia Del Rosario Urbina-Osejo appeals the denial of her motion to reopen immigration proceedings. The Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) concluded that she abandoned her right to apply for asylum and withholding of deportation by failing to appear at her deportation hearing eight years earlier, and that she had failed to demonstrate the extreme hardship required to establish prima facie eligibility for suspension of deportation.
