| Appellants St. Joseph’s Mercy Medical Center and Sisters of Mercy Health System claim that the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission erred by awarding appellee Jimmie Redmond additional benefits and ignoring the change-of-physician rules found at Arkansas Code Annotated section 11-9-514 (Repl.2002). This is a second appeal following remand by this court, see St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center v. Redmond, 2010 Ark.
