ROBERTSON, Judge.

This is a disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Bar Committee (“the Committee”) against respondent C. John Forge, Jr., a licensed attorney who became a member of the Missouri Bar April 30, 1960. After informal and formal hearings, the Committee filed an information charging respondent with professional misconduct. This Court appointed the Honorable William J.
