RUARK, Judge.

Plaintiff, appellant here, brought suit for divorce alleging general indignities composed of (a) defendant associated intimately with other men on various occasions and (b) after a discussion of the subject mentioned in (a) she did, on December 28, 1952, without warning, leave the home and thereafter remained away.
