Only two questions are presented for our consideration by this appeal. The first is that the appeal from the order of the probate court, where the case originated, was not perfected within six months, and should therefore have been dismissed. The second is that the probate court was not in session on March 20, "1933, the date on which the appeal was granted, and that therefore the appeal was not granted by the court but by the judge.
