Nixon v. Welch

Sections 23 and 24 in Cincinnati township» in Harrison county are separated by a north-and-south county road. Plaintiffs Nixon and Bierring own land along the east side of the road in Section 24 and the defendant Verna Welch owns land along the west side of the road in Section 23.
