LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

After a four-day trial, a jury convicted Ted H. Grauer of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in illicit sexual activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b), and possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). He was acquitted on two counts of distributing child pornography. The district court 1 sentenced him to 151 months in prison on the attempted enticement count and a concurrent 120 months on the child pornography possession count.
