Plaintiff, Christie’s (International) S.A., filed a complaint objecting to the debtor’s discharge on grounds delineated under 11 U.S.C. § 727, subdivisions (a)(2) (fraudulent transfer within one year); (a)(3) (failure to keep records as to the debtor’s financial condition or business transactions); (a)(4) (false oath); and (a)(6) (refusal to obey a lawful order of this court).
