GARRISON, Judge.
This is an appeal by the Bank of St. Elizabeth (Appellant) from the denial of its motion to intervene in a suit filed by The Maries County Bank. We reverse and remand with directions.
The Maries County Bank sued David Rip-ka (Ripka)1 on a promissory note and later filed a three-count First Amended Petition, adding Appellant as a defendant. Count I was against Ripka on the promissory note.
