MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court for Trial on the Complaint To Avoid Preferential Transfers filed by the Plaintiff in the above entitled action. The parties have agreed that the disposition of this case is, by operation of law, dependent upon the outcome in Hunter v. Babcock (In re Babcock Dairy Co. of Ohio, Inc.) 70 B.R. 657 (Bkcy.N.D.Ohio 1986). Pursuant to that agreement, the Court consolidated, for purposes of Trial this case with Case No. 85-0225.
