In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for medical malpractice and false imprisonment, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Peter C. Patsalos, J.), dated February 1, 1994, which granted the defendants’ respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
