Three separate suits were instituted, which, however, were consolidated for purposes of trial, and we will consider the matter as though one action were pending before this court.

The appellant is the creditor of the appellee John H. Wilson. Wilson and the appellee Charlotte B. Beebe were formerly husband and wife. They were married in 1911. No children were born of this marriage. At the time of the marriage, Wilson was 21 years of age, and his wife was younger.
