This patent infringement action is brought under 35 U.S.C. § 281. This Court has jurisdiction by virtue of the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1338.
The plaintiff, formerly Standard Coil Products, Inc., is the owner of three United States patents, with infringement of certain claims of each of which it charges the defendant.
