This action was brought to recover damages, caused by a tornado, on an insurance policy issued by the defendant company. The policy was issued on the 5th day oí April, 1922, and was for a term oí five years. The premium amounted to $195. Oí this amount, a sufficient sum was paid at the time the policy was issued to reduce the balance due to $147.73- This amount was evidenced by two promissory notes executed by plaintiff and delivered to defndant.
