| j This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, whereby the defendant, Waco Collins, Jr., pled guilty to: possession of over 400 grams of cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967F(l)(c); distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967A(1); and, conspiracy to distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, a violation of La. R.S. 14:26 and La. R.S. 40:967A(1).
