PREWITT, Judge.

Following non-jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff. Defendant appeals. Review is under Rule 73.01(c). For that rule’s interpretation, see Enderle v. Robert, 863 S.W.2d 692, 693 (Mo.App.1993).

Plaintiff entered into an agreement with Defendant by which she was to purchase real estate in Butler County upon which improvements had been constructed. A dispute arose between the parties, and following trial on August 30, 1993, an “interlocutory judgment” was entered determining that Plaintiff was entitled to specific performance.
