LINDLEY, District Judge.

Petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus to prevent his arrest by the Sheriff of Piatt County, Illinois, in pursuance of a mandate of the Supreme Court of Illinois, affirming judgment sentencing him for contempt of court, wherein he was committed to jail for three months and fined $2,000.
