Frederick J. Kropf appeals from an order entered by the district court for York County granting appellee Mary Jo Kropf’s summons in garnishment to collect $500 in spousal support from the appellant’s Social Security benefits. The district court overruled the appellant’s objections (1) that he does not owe the amount sought to be garnished and (2) that the county attorney did not have statutory authority to represent the appellee throughout these garnishment proceedings.
