LEWIS, District Judge.

The twenty-six plaintiffs in error were tried convicted and sentenced on four counts of an indictment chárging them with criminal conspiracies. The proceedings at the trial are not in the record, and the only action of the trial court which we are asked to consider is its orders overruling a demurrer and motion to quash, which challenged the sufficiency of each count.
