ROGERS, Associate Judge:

Appellant appeals the dismissal of his suit for specific performance of a contract to sell real property. He contends principally that the trial court erred in holding that because appellees publicly advertised that [adjustment of taxes and water rents made as of a date of [foreclosure] sale,” they were not required, under D.C. Code § 5-513 (1981), to convey the property free of special assessments. We affirm.
