MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARVIN ISGUR, Bankruptcy Judge.

On January 14, 2014, Thomas McLaughlin, Marilyn McLaughlin, and their son filed an Objection to Debtors’ Claim of Exemption. (Case No. 13-36967, ECF No. 13). The McLaughlins’ Objection is overruled.

Background

Prior to filing for bankruptcy, Carol and Don Ling, sued their neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin, in an attempt to acquire a portion of the McLaughlins’ land through adverse possession.
