The Pennsylvania Railroad Company organized a project intended for the benefit of its employees, and formulated a code of rules and regulations providing for the membership, management of its affairs, and disposition of the funds realized from the deposits made by the members, and gave it the name of the Pennsylvania Railroad Employees’ Saving Fund.
