OPINION

Appellant/Cross-Appellee, J. Scott Wolery, M.D. ("Scott"), and Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Jody A. Wolery ("Jody"), both appeal from an Allen County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division decision wherein the court determined the amount of reimbursement Jody owed to Scott for overpayments of child support paid in reliance upon a 1991 judgment entry, which was subsequently vacated.
