SHABAZ, District Judge.

Before the Court is the motion of defendant Goodyear Tire & Rubber for summary judgment on each count of the plaintiffs’ three count complaint arising from the contractual relationship between the parties. By order dated February 16, 1987, the Court determined that the complaint stated no claim for relief (nor was there any possible claim that could be made) against defendant Mathisen Tire.
