Leaman Transportation Corporation, the plaintiff, sued the Philadelphia Transportation Company for property damage allegedly inflicted through negligence of the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff whereon the court below, after overruling the defendant’s motions for judgment n. o. v. and for a new trial, entered judgment. The defendant appeals.
