This action was commenced by the filing of a summons and complaint on July 18, 2003 to foreclose a mortgage encumbering the premises at 569 Maple Street, Brooklyn, New York. An order of reference was issued by this court on or about October 15, 2003 and thereafter a judgment of foreclosure and sale was entered by the court. Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure entered by this court on June 7, 2005, the subject property was scheduled for a foreclosure sale at a public auction held on April 17, 2008.
