Candler, Justice.
(After stating the foregoing facts.) The defendants demurred on the grounds among others, first, that the petition as amended fails to set forth a legal or valid cause of action; and second, that the allegations of the petition are insuf ficient to entitle the petitioners to the relief sought. The trial court sustained the above grounds of demurrer and dismissed the action.
