This matter is before the Court pursuant to the “Motions to Assume Contract to Sell Real Estate Property and Pay Real Estate Commission” and the “Motions for Relief from Automatic Stay” filed by PAUL J. WINTER and JOSEPHINE M. WINTER (hereinafter the ‘Winters”) and MOHAVE REALTY, INC.
