While the briefs of the parties are in some disagreement as to the issues before us on this appeal, we deem them to be as follows:(1) May a teacher, such as relator, having tenure under sec. 38.24 (18), Stats.,1 be discharged for his conduct, in *254discussing matters of sex in his classes, which is alleged to transgress “good behavior” when the teacher has violated no rule promulgated by the superintendent or the board, and has received no advance warning that such conduct was disapproved by the school authorities ?(2) Assuming there is credible evidence to support the board’s findings of fact…
