After prevailing against his former employer Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. in an age discrimination lawsuit under 29 U.S.C. § 628(a)(1), Gary Mock appeals the district court’s partial award of attorneys’ fees. The pertinent facts and procedural history of this case are capably set forth in the magistrate judge’s Report and Recommendation, adopted by the district court.
