Mark Richard Lett appeals from the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence. We affirm because the sentence is not illegal. We certify conflict with Yashus v. State, 745 So.2d 504 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999), which is erroneously designated as a Second District opinion in the Southern Reporter.
