— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roberto, J.), entered August 6, 1984, which is in favor of the defendant and against them, upon a jury verdict after a trial on the issue of liability only.

Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
