In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Berler, J.), dated September 26, 1996, which denied her motion to set aside a jury verdict in favor of the defendant and against her, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered October 28, 1996, upon the verdict, which dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,
