Introduction

This action addresses the alleged obligations of numerous insurance companies to defend and indemnify third-party plaintiffs The Marine Group,' LLC (“Marine Group”); Northwest Marine, Inc. (“NW Marine”); Northwest Marine Iron Works (“Marine Iron”); and BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, Inc.
