This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) filed by Michelle L. Vieira, as Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) for JK Harris & Company, LLC (“JK Harris”), JK Harris Small Business Services, LLC (“SBS”), and JKH Holding Co., LC (“Holding”) (collectively, the “Debtors”).
