Introduction
Patrick W. Bellinger (Bellinger) appeals from the trial court’s judgment denying his petition for declaratory judgment, permanent injunction, abatement of nuisances, removal of encroachments, and damages against Keith and Olivia Lindsey (the Lindseys). He asserts the trial court erred in ruling the restrictive covenants were invalid and in finding no trespass occurred. Because there is no final, ap-pealable judgment, Bellinger’s appeal is dismissed.1
