This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of DeKalb county admitting to probate the will of Sarah Chapman, deceased, and refusing the probate of a codicil thereto attached.

The will was execute/! April n, 1895, the codicil November 3, 1899. Sarah Chapman, the testatrix, died at ninety years of age on July 5, 1912, at her home in Kingston, DeKalb county, Illinois, possessed of property valued at a little over $35,000, practically all real estate.
