This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Cass county admitting to probate a copy of an alleged last will and testament of William T. Workman, as a lost will.
William T. Workman resided in the city of Beardstown for many years prior to his death. His death occurred on October 17, 1938. At the time of his death he was the owner of a substantial estate consisting of both real and personal property.
