Defendants in error obtained judgment below declaring invalid a municipal ordinance of the city of Mc-Alester which provided that the act of entering in or upon private residences within the city, without invitation of the occupant, by solicitors and the like for the purpose of soliciting orders for or selling merchandise, was a nuisance punishable as a misdemeanor.
